Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer from Individual Entrepreneur Chizhov Petr Konstantinovich (hereinafter — the Contractor) and contains all essential conditions of the contract for business process automation services, consulting, and other related services.

Acceptance of this offer (acceptance of the contract terms) is the performance of any of the following actions: filling out a form on the website giper.one, signing an invoice, or paying for the Contractor's services.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with business process automation services using artificial intelligence technologies, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services in the manner and on the conditions provided for in this offer.

3. Service Provision Procedure

Services are provided in accordance with the tariff chosen by the Customer or an individual technical task. The terms and cost of specific services are agreed upon by the parties in an invoice or a separate agreement.

4. Payment for Services

Payment is made in Russian rubles by non-cash settlement. Payment obligations are considered fulfilled at the time the funds are received in the Contractor's bank account.

5. Liability of the Parties

The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under the contract in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
