The system uses Speaker Diarization technology based on acoustic voice characteristics. During the first transcription, you can manually specify participant names, and the system will remember them. In the future, it will automatically recognize participants by voice with 95% accuracy.

Q:Can it be used with Google Meet or Zoom?

Yes! Basic integration works with Zulip/Matrix video conferences out of the box. For Google Meet and Zoom, you can set up automatic recording upload via n8n (available in Professional and Business plans). Alternatively, you can manually upload audio files for transcription.

Q:How is confidentiality ensured?

All data is processed on your servers. Local LLM models are used (Whisper for speech recognition, Llama 3 for analysis). Data is never sent to cloud services like OpenAI, Google, etc. End-to-End encryption of recordings and transcriptions. Full compliance with security requirements.
